2006

In 2006 I joined a small management team with the responsibility of insourcing 100 professionals from the IT department of a telecommunications company. After the transition periode I'm responsible for the operational management and professional development of 30 of these new colleagues.

I continue my part-time consultancy activities in the Application Management field, producing a couple of publications, giving a guest lecture on the Economics of IT Management for the Erasmus University and training a hundred professionals in ASL.

I am proud to complete my initiative to sponsor the Honorary Chair of Operational Information Systems at the University of Groningen, resulting the the appointment of Professor Philip Powell for a period of five years. I retain an interest as a member of the Review Board and will be pleased to reflect on his research.
