1993 - 2000
From 1993 active as unit manager of an Applications Management unit (20 FTE), with tasks in HRM, sales support, management of service delivery. Experience in organisational development including downsizing and change management. Recruitment of staff, more than doubling capacity of the unit in 1995. Achieve and sustain high motivation and retention rate. Phase of external focus and acquisition of larger contracts in managed services in order to achieve growth targets.RAET is acquired by Getronics in 1997 and two years later merges my unit with a similar department at Getronics forming a new unit with 100 FTE and 4 branches in the Netherlands. Initially responsible for 50 FTE.
